The programs below are specifically designed for folks with chronic illness, anxiety, and overwhelm who want to get control over daily life. If things feel out of control, we may be able to work together to find some shifts you can make so that things are more manageable.
A 6-week 1:1 coaching experience to learn how to regulate the nervous system, using the techniques of Polyvagal Theory.
During this program, I’ll help you understand the biology of anxiety and fight/flight reaction so that you can affect and soothe it through gentle individualized exercises and get back to feeling calm and safe in your daily life.
A 12-week 1:1 customized coaching experience to dive deeply into the work that you’re doing with your doctors and other ways to support your body and your journey holistically. We’ll hone in on the ways to support you as a person, and not just your “health needs”. Even though it can feel like chronic illness takes over everything, you’re so much more than your illness.
